PALI Meat has its own pig slaughterhouse and cutting plant in Geldrop as well as a deboning hall in Oss, the Netherlands. In our specialised slaughterhouse, we can slaughter up to 15,000 pigs a week. The products we supply come from sows that have been slaughtered in a respectful manner.
The day after slaughter, we immediately process the pigs in the PALI Meat cutting plant to produce boneless pork. All products are freshly cut to order on a daily basis. Your pork will always be delivered according to your requirements.
Our slaughterhouse as well as our cutting plant stand for craftsmanship, professionalism and a personal approach. We slaughter five days a week and are able to make fresh deliveries six days a week. Due to the size of our slaughterhouse and cutting plant, we can always respond to our customers’ wishes. In our specialised slaughterhouse, customisation is always key.
We continuously monitor our quality throughout the chain. In our slaughterhouse, we work in accordance with the strict rules of all quality labels. Our production sites comply with European and national laws and regulations.
Our slaughtering process is permanently monitored by the NVWA (Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority) and we are BRC (British Retail Consortium) and IFS (International Featured Standards) certified. As our customer, you are therefore assured of top quality products.
